Hadley's choice
We opted for a special day this year. No party, just Hadley's choice.
If you were given a choice for a special day, what would you choose? Maybe a mani/pedi, a spa day, dinner and a movie? Not my girl, Chuck E Cheese. Yay, so exciting. It was crazy. And when I say crazy, imagine an episode of 24 on crack kind of crazy. This mama was ready to go hide under a table. Between the rude people that have no regard for other people and my girl that couldn't make a decision on what she wanted to play and just made laps walking, it was a wee bit much.
Gracie kept declaring it the best place ever and telling me how much she loved Chuck E Cheese. I kept telling her she was crazy.....

Give me some LOVE
The girls got a Valentines gift in the mail from their BellBell. These sweet Valentines shirts. They wore them last week to school and will wear them again on Valentines Day. I got a nice little smile from Ms. Hadley and then you see what I got from Ellison, status quo.

LoVe
All you need is LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!!! I snapped a couple of quick pictures or the girls in their matching outfits Thursday morning. Hads had already left when Els got up, so I wasn't able to get one of them together. My favorite though is the one there Lola is Ellison's face.

A Snuggle and a Giggle
These moments are so RARE, so when I was on the computer and I heard, "Mommy look!" I expected to see Ellison doing something crazy and Hadley about to bust into tears, it's the general order things happen around here. So imagine my surprise when I was able to capture a momentary snuggle and a quick giggle.

This past weekend we had a visitor. Our little friend Rachel came to spend the night with us. Hadley and Rachel are like two little peas in a pod. They play so well together. One minute they would be on the computer, the next minute they would be playing barbies, no fussing, just playing. Ellison was her usually whiny self and needed a chill pill. She has been in a mood lately, she did not play well with her sister or our visitor. While Rachel was here, we did a little Valentine's Day project. I did Ellison's and Hadley and Rachel each did their own. The girls enjoyed putting them together and they look pretty cute too.
