My Easter Bunnies

The Red Head insisted that I be at her school for her Easter Egg Hunt.  She doesn't like for us to miss out on any of her activities.  Easter Egg Hunts at school are always so interesting in that, there are eggs everywhere in open sight, and they turn the kids loose and it looks like ants swarming an ant pile.  She had a blast thought and was super pumped were were there to see her.

Just a few forced smiles, before we head off to Church, they are both at the stage where they want no part of the camera when I want to document something, but it isn't unusual for me to find a dozen selfies on my camera...and they aren't of me.

This one was home from school...her sinus allergies can kick her tail sometimes and this apparently was one of those days.  I heard a nose, it was a kind of dinging over and over and went into the front room to check on her.  I found her like this, her phone was her alarm clock, going off and she was completely unaware in her masked state.

Her love language is notes of affirmation or art.  However, this was a new recipient of one of her notes.  Her gym teacher Mr. Corey or Coach Baxter, who also happens to be one of our dearest friends.

I think that you are 1 of the best gym teachers.

DUST is not my friend

Since moving to GA, I have battled sinus stuff, which is crazy considering that where we lived in Alabama was peanut country and there was always peanut dust...but as I have lived her in GA my allergies have progressively gotten worse.  In November, they hit their peak and I couldn't get relief and finally had myself allergy tested in March after months of ineffective meds.  Well I'm allergic to earth, much like Hadley...and extremely allergic to dust as evidenced below.  So bad to dust that they had to re-test me to everything that surrounded dust because they couldn't tell if I had a reaction to those things or it was the massive dust reaction.  So all those years my mom made me dust at home, the torture was REAL!!!!

Change is good

First box packed....the Harper's are embarking on a new adventure....it was immediately after this box that I quit.  I mean packing is brutal.

Daddy's Beauties

These two little beauties were so excited to attend their first every Daddy Daughter Dance....I say they cleaned up pretty nice.

Sunday afternoons are for napping....I love a good snooze on Sunday....so I was delighted when I got to rest on this particular Sunday....that is until I felt something watching me while I rested on the couch....I opened my eyes.....and this was my view.

When you walk in and find peanut butter like this watching TV, you know she may need an electronic intervention.  Girl loves her devices and was apparently trying to get this one to send her something through her head....bless her...

Need for Speed

Wayne has always been a Nascar fan, so when I saw this Living Social deal, I thought he might enjoy trying it out.  It was a 3 lap ride along in a Nascar....he loved it and will be going back soon to actually drive one.

While Wayne was away playing the girlies were playing with the big girlies.  Or maybe I should say giving the big girlies a work truck, because nothing works the legs and stomach like playing dump truck!!!

Mommy Daughter Date

One on one time with the girls is pretty special...and always a treat.  I'm not sure what happens but whenever it is just one of the girls, they are angels...not sure why and it doesn't matter which one or which parent the one is with, but it is always super easy and fun.  I was hoping on this day, she would pick something super fun to eat when I told her it was her pick....alas that was not the case...she went with her favorite...Micky D's.  It was still pretty sweet just the same.

We were jumping for joy over another beautiful day to go for a hike.  Really one of them was jumping for joy, the other one just wanted it to be over...

Mom's little muffin
