It was one of those things that I did in an instant, not even thinking about it....who knew it would be such a hit? I mean giggles for days. I threw Els in, because she didn't think I would do it, Hadley couldn't be left out of the fun.

Clashin'
These three are addicted to clash of the clans...like I think they may need a 12 step program. Ellison even has her own now. Bless my dinner companions they aren't very chatty anymore.

A little BUGGER
Bless this sweet baby...she seems to be the only one who catches the stomach bugs in our family when they are going around. Wayne was still up and he heard her crying. She had gotten sick and was just laying in it...she felt so pitiful she couldn't even get up. How sad is that?
So on day 3 when we felt a little better and could venture out of the house, we were a little giddy.
We were a little cautious with out dinner choice....when in doubt...Starbookies...us girls love Starbucks!!!
Obviously, we got a little use to the attention, so we faked a little illness on the way home when we realized we might not get the same amount of attention.

We be TRIPPIN'
The next to the last day of school...calls for a field trip to the park. It was WARM...it was really WARM. These girlies didn't care though, they had a blast.
Ems and Els
Kins, Ems, Els and Cars..I have no idea where Els comes up with the nicknames...ha ha! I mean I only call her a different nickname every 2 minutes :)
Three cheers for the ned of the year!
Random girl gets pulled in for a hug and picture...bless these sweet girls.
We love our Ms. Holly and Ms. Patti...LOVE...like obsessed....like she didn't understand that when she left PreK they weren't coming with her.
I checked her out ffrom the field trip and we went for a special treat. That smile says it all...Ice Cream really is her love language.
You know...a field trip is hard though and she couldn't even make it home.

See ya 4th GRADE
Big girl only has one more year of Elementary left after this year. I'm not sure where my baby with the big ol' hog jawls went, but she has turned into a motivated beautiful bookworm. For her end of the year performance, her grade did this song and dance, it very much had a flash mob feel the way they were spread out across the gym floor.
She racked up on the awards this year, A-Honor Roll, Chrous Participation and Chrous Perfect Attendance, the 6 hour Reading Challenge Award, along with the one we were most thrilled with Perfect Attendance for the year...my girl has never had perfect attendance, she has always been plagued with sickness....so this was a pretty big deal for us...it was the one she was most dedicated to for the year too.
On my way back to work I got this texted to my by another parent...these 4 girls were pretty attached to each other this year. Ms Tanya asked the girls to hold up their favorite award...no surprise my girl held up chocolate.

My little MUDDER
Hadley has always been my Prissy girly girl. She has never liked to get dirty. One day she tried to come out to the barn, but each time she entered the pasture, her shoes got dirty, so back to the house she went and changed her shoes. Three Times she changed her shoes, I finally had to tell her to take her tail back to the house and just stay there. So when she announced that she wanted to participate in the MUD AT THE BUD run..I didn't really believe her. MUD AT THE BUD is a fundraiser for the schools booster club. Not only did she participate she kind of rocked it.
Hads and Becca Boo pre race....all smiles.
Supporting Sister and hanging with her peeps.
She and her group of friends talked before hand and they decided they would not leave each other behind. For the most part, they stayed pretty close together and helped each other. It was a little tough because they each had different abilities, but the really encouraged each other all the way through. She and Becca really supported each other all the way.
Post race, still smiling.

BYE BYE PREK...It was real
PreK is behind us and we are moving on up. At first she didn't want to wear this dress, I guess because it wasn't her idea...then she chaned her mind and decided to give it a whirl. She was such a cutie at her end of the year PreK program...so proud of the great year she had!!!

WELCOME HOME
I love surprising my girls...I also love scaring the bajeebee's out of Hadley, because she is so easy to scare. I will often hide behind the back door and scare her when she comes in. I dod it so often you would think she would be use to it....but NOPE she freaks everytime!!! I snapped a pic of her reaction the last time I welcomed her home!!!!

Wet and WILD Read Head
The week after Field Day they had a day they got to bring electronics, toys and wear "water clothes" for some special fun. Ellison had me so tickled about this activity, because Hadley had gotten to participate with her grade earlier in the week and had told her all about it. Ellison had it in her mind, she wasn't going to do it, because it was scary...you see they had a local fire truck come and spray water for 15-20 minutes for the kiddos to play in....not scary at all, but my girl had it in her head it was going to hurt and she wasn't going to do it.
So imagine my surprise, when a friend and teacher texted me these pictures....does this look the the face of someone who is afraid?
She is a root tail tooter, when she gets something in her head, she has to work it out for herself, there is no convincing her otherwise...until she decides.

Traveling singer
Two days after their Lake Winnie Field trip, the Chrous had a performance set up at a local bank. They sang several songs and entertained the patrons and employees...while it was no Lake Winnie, I was able to break away for an early lunch and go support my girl. While it didn't make up for missing Lake Winnie, it made her happy and was worth seeing the smile on her face. My girl loves to SING!!!!
