It's Boot Love

Have boots, will pose.  BellBell didn't think there would be any way she could get any wear out of green cow girl boots.  I can't tell you how much wear she has gotten out of them.  She absolutely loves them.

Happy New Year!!!!!!

New Years Eve was spent at the Bowling Alley.  The girls loved it, they got to run and play.....

and be sassy....

someone might have even figured out how to get up in the basketball game.

After we got kicked out the bowling alley, we headed over to Walt and Amy's.

There might have been a little performance.

First photo of 2014.

An LA Christmas

Wayne was leaving the day after Christmas on a hunting trip, so the girls and I left Christmas Day around lunch time, to head to LA for Christmas with my parents.  The roads were great, everyone was still settled around their Christmas trees with their families.

PawPaw and his annual calendar.

The girls helping PawPaw opening his big surprise!!!!

A reclining chair to he can watch his Purple Martins in comfort!

It's safe to say Hads was a fan of the chair!

The shoe girls with her fabulous boots.

This girl and the shoes she picked out, over the top in love!

Christmas Morning!!!!!

I'm snowed in, so time to get caught up on blogging.  There is no such thing as caught up in my world, it is a dream that will elude me the rest of my life.  So the girls waiting patiently to go in and see what Santa brought them.  (We had to get the camera rolling)!!!!

Someone is over the moon, she got her coveted laptop.

This one surveying her loot, a LaLaLoopsy, baby bed, friendship bracelet kit, colored pencils, paper and some other stuff!!!!!

I don't even remember what she was so excited about, there is absolutely no telling!!!!

Her second love, books, books and books!!!!

Oh me, that look, I love it!!!!

She got an art table from Wayne and I, although it took a second for her to figure out what it was, she didn't really understand the picture :)

Santa was HERE

So Santa brought Hads a laptop and a mood necklace and Santa brought Ellison a baby bed, colored pencils, sketch paper, a bracelet kit, a lalaloopsy, ear buds, and a stuffed pig.  And of course an orange and an apple.  We were so very blessed with a wonderful holiday with our family.

Did someone say COOKIES????

Totally slipping...forgot I had things in draft....in my head, Lilly left and so I had posted everything.  The girls making Christmas treats.  I say treats, because we had already made the M&M pretzels, then they made cookies and Wayne and I made Oreo Balls.

Love that sweet little hand holding Sissy's face.

Our Elf Lilly

Our Elf on a Shelf was busy while she was here, thankfully she was a pretty good little elf, a little silly but she didn't cause too much mischief!

Night One - She returned with her adoption certificate and was coloring when we found her the next morning.

Night Two - We found her enjoying cereal and milk.

Night Three - Enjoying a good book and music.

Night Four - She colored in our Santa pictures.

Night Five - She got a little hungry.

Night Six - She took a swing on the Christmas tree.

Night Seven - She reminded the girls they better be good with a note on the mirror.  They had been a little rowdy.

Night Eight - She played in the girls food.

Night Nine - She reminded us she was a Tiger all the way.

Night Ten - She went for a little ride on the hot dog.

Night Eleven - She found our unmentionables.

Night Twelve - She left the girls a little note after another rowdy day.

Night Thirteen - She watched them while they slept.

Night Fourteen  - We found her sleeping under a chair in the living room with all the girls lovies and blankets.

Night Fifteen - She was hanging out above with a couple of Els favorites.

Night Sixteen - She made some snowflakes.

Night Seventeen - She counted down the days until Christmas with beans.

Night Eighteen - She took a ride on the carousel horse.

Night Nineteen - We found her hiding.  She needs practice.

Night Twenty - She got into the candy.

Night Twenty One - She was a little homesick for the cold and got the fridge for a snack.

Night Twenty Two - Saying goodbye to Lilly as we put out Santa's cookies.

Lilly was with us 22 nights this year before she left and the girls enjoyed finding her each morning.  The best was the morning she was on the carousel, which was way up high and not near her normal places.  Ellison found her first and she was so excited.
