Pigtails and Horsetails

Have my girlies...will travel.  My Uncle was showing in Perry, GA so the girls and I decided to take a road trip down to see them and BellBell was there too.  This might have possibly been the longest road trip ever.  What was suppose to 2 hours and 45 minutes....took almost 4 and half hours both ways....traffic and road work was brutal.  Aside from the travel part it was a great trip and the girls had so much fun in the barn.

Crowns

Ellison loves "flowers", she picks them for me a lot at school.  Her teachers know how much "love" them.  Insert tremendous amounts of sarcasm.  So imagine my delight when I picked her up at school at she was wearing this.....

So the life lesson....one persons weeds is another persons crown, it's all in your perspective.

Little Workers

We are hoping to draw the girlies outside a little more.  They love to have picnics, so we got them their own little mini picnic table.  Wayne thought they should help put it together, I stayed inside I'm sure there was fussing involved.

Father Time please stop

So this is what pajama/hat day looks like at school.  Even though her jammies are kiddie jammies, she still looks way to old in this picture.

Horse woman they are not

In an effort to get the girls a little more interested in the horses, we took them to a bona fide horse farm.  They have 100+ horses on their farm.  The girls absolutely loved it and they were able to see Bree work her horse for the rodeo which they loved.  They came home and asked to ride several times.  We threw them up on the horses and they then quit asking to ride.  I'm just not sure that they are going to be horsewoman.

Comfort is overrated

Not sure what part of this is comfortable.  God bless her, there is no way this child gets any kind of decent sleep.

Following Directions

Red has her end of the year dance recital coming up and we had parents night so we could get instructions and watch a little of their routine.  From the looks of parents night, we will be entertained,  maybe not with actual dancing, but we will be entertained nonetheless.

Letting it Hang out!

The weather has warmed up a little bit, which is awesome, because we have had a brutal winter.  We have taken advantage of the warm afternoons and opened the sun roof on the way home.  Little bit begged to stand in it when we got home, she thinks it is pretty cool and asks me to open the window, even on the cold mornings.

Yacko Bell

Thursday are usually a pick dinner up on the way to dance night.  Usually, it is something we will both eat.  For some reason this particular night, when she suggested Taco Bell I didn't fight her, I let her have her cheese roll ups and I opted to eat at home later.  I'm so glad I did, because this look...it is seriously genuine.  She loves her a cheese roll up from Taco Bell.

The Caged Beast

I took the girlies to watch Wayne play tennis the other night and Ellison could not stand it that she was on the outside of the fence.  She wanted in so badly, which is ironic because as wild as she is, you would think she would be fighting to get out of the fence.

Sassy Day

So you can see when we think we look good, we carry our sass with a little extra pep in our step.  This will be her final school picture of preschool.  Makes this mama more than a little sad.

Getting back up

Trying to get back in the running game....it's tough....ended up laid out on the treadmill.

WE SCREAM

Wayne took them out for an afternoon of errands and I got these pictures on my phone.  He totally bribed them, but they were in Heaven.

Young Love

So I get a text on my phone and it says.  A little boy just tried to give this to Hadley at school, but I took it up before he could give it to her.....

Bless him..so it's awkward enough writing this note, but then to have your teacher take it up, but not just any teacher the girls' teacher Dad.  AWKWARD!!!!  Word is he has written her a few more, but after several rejections moved on to someone else.

Picture Fun

Someone was styling for picture day, someone was not.  Hads and Wayne forgot to tell me about her picture day, so she got sent to school in one of the most unfortunate outfits ever.  That same week was Els picture day, didn't want to forget her outfit and they both look unfortunate, so I had it all picked out.  After I got it, I got a note they weren't suppose to wear green.....awesome!!!!!

We kept the Church Nursery a few Sundays ago...someone took to bossin' her a little fella around.  Bless her future husband.
