She's a HUGGER

She wasn't happy when she found out Ms. Cote was leaving the Bud, this girl loves hard when she loves.  So it was no surprise when she saw her, there was a big embrace and lots of sweet chatter.  She loves her crew.

In a trance

Took my girls for lunch, I figured some quality time would be great.  The waitress let them pick their table....needless to say it was a quiet lunch.

Bolt gonna give you a jolt

So Wayne asked if he could borrow Dora to shuttle some of the basketball team around.  I agreed reluctantly, because I'm kind of attached.  It ended up being a mean ploy to get me to replace his battery.  I cleaned out the inside of his truck, which there aren't words to describe how horrible it was so that I could get Chevy washed on my lunch break.  What I ended up doing was having to be Halo Bolt....seriously, we hooked the jumper cables to it and the truck started right up.  I have since purchased one and will be ready next time I get stranded.  Technology is a crazy wonderful thing.

Seriously this has been my breakfast for three months.  There has  been no relief in sight.

Lock your closet doors

Ummm she can now wear my clothes....I'm in trouble.  We needed layers for the tennis tournament, so we shopped my closet and we found success in Mama's closet.

You don't know JACK

Desperate times call for desperate measures....when you have been sick for three months SOLID...you will try anything to get better.  I will tell you it was HORRIBLE!!!!

Cup A Joe?

You know something is up, when the child that likes to sleep in, gets up with great energy, gets herself dressed and declares she is going to get horse food with her Dad....hmmm what's that about. Then you get this picture.  Girlfriend loves her coffee and doesn't get to indulge very often, so when her Dad tells her she can have coffee, she is all in.  Coffee at the feed store, early on a Saturday morning with all the men.

Meet Dora, Dora the Explorer....she is quite the fancy upgrade from the Camry...of course the day I have to go look at vehicles...it is pouring rain....really a steallar 2016!!!  After being in a fender bender, test driving a brand new vehicle in the pouring rain.....NERVOUS WRECK!!!!

You know just shopping for the talent show with friends.  What are the big girls to do, but get on kiddie rides that are way too small for them.

Wrecking Ball

Well I thought I was brushing off the muck of 2015, but 2016 didn't get off to a real swift starts.  The Camry didn't make it very far into 2016.  A very minor fender bender ended up totalling it out and sending her to the junk yard.

Have Bucket, will travel..

Boo to the stomach virus, that this one always seems to catch.  She is generally the only Harper they take out, she just can't hang with a good old fashioned stomach virus.  Thankfully, the rest of us emerged unscathed, but this was her position for a good 36 hours.

For Sale by Realtor

We listed the house for sale by owner back in July, but have done nothing to actually sell it, other than putting a sign in the front yard.  The first of the year, we decided to bite the bullet and get serious, so we are listing with a realtor.  Her are our preperation picks and a good way to remember the place we brought our babies home to and spent 15 pretty great years.

Goodbye 2015

What a way to ring in the new year....Taz had  torn a chunk out of his eye, so I went out to the barn to help doctor him.  I walked around the barn to go in his stall, he bolted, I literally got stuck in the mud, couldn't move and 1000 pounds of horse bowled me over in all the awesome mud we had around the holidays because of the rain.  You know what's an awesome way to round out the last day of 2015?????  Getting trampled by a horse in the cold mud!!! 

New Years Even night we went over to a friends house and these two angels entertained us...I mean...how cut are these little cheetahs??
