It's all in the HUNT

We had our Easter Egg Hunt with the Church tonight.  The grass was really high.  A certain Red Head didn't like it at all.  She just stood there and grunted a lot.  When she tried to walk she got stuck.  If we found an egg, I was suppose to pick it up and hand it to her to put it in the basket.  The few I got her to try and pick up made her really mad.

Hadley had a blast.  She loved tromping around in the grass being on a treasure hunt.  She got mad at me several times when I asked her to pose for pictures.

You Never Know....

what is going on behind the scenes.  This is one of those picture moments, where everyone looks so pretty and happy, but 10 years from now I want to remember the chaos that was going on.  Ellison was screaming because she was tired and she wanted her blanket and paci, Hadley wanted gum and I told her to wait, but she chose not to hear me, so she proceeded to get it herself, Ellison saw her and then began another round of howling because she wanted gum, we then realized what Hadley was in to and she got in trouble for getting gum without permission, she then began to howl, over the noise I was trying to tell Wayne I wanted to take a picture, but he couldn't hear me and thought I was being ugly to him, but I was really making fun of the whole situation, SMILE!!!!!

A Grand Time

We had our Awana Grand Prix at Church on Saturday.  Hadley got First in Design and First in Speed for her age group.  She kept asking me if I was proud of her because she did so good.  I kept reminding her that we all worked on her car, but I'm pretty sure she didn't get it.  She was all about "WINNING".  Sorry lame joke.

Here is my girl, waiting and watching, she was beyond excited.

The group at the end of the track, ready to watch the cars run.

Hadley's car is the purple car.  Her favorite color.

One proud little girl.  Peace out girl.  It took me forever to get the paint off of her face.  The blue was horrible.  I had to break out the rubbing alcohol.  Which was hidden drama that I wasn't expecting.  It has been awhile since I have experienced one of Hads drama meltdowns.  Oh how the smell, it was just horrible.  She just couldn't stand it and on and on.  It was complete with holding our nose, closing our eyes and tears.  OVER THE TOP!!!

The little lady found a ball and she was obsessed.  BALL, BALL, BALL X100 times.

Much of my time was spent with this as my view.  You just stay behind her and hope you can stop her before she finds the trouble.
