A weekend Summary

So, my computer and I continue to battle it out.  It appears the only way I am going to be able to post pictures to the blog in the near future, is to take them on my iphone and then email them to my work computer.  We will call this time on the blog, "The Land of the Poopie Pictures".  Wayne rather snidely informed me that I couldn't expect to work right, if I wasn't willing to read and learn how it worked.  Yes, that is a novel concept, let me see where I can work that in?  I mean as you can see from the below, there have been musicals to go to and cheesecakes to eat!!!!

So here is a picture of Hadley's school pictures.  I'm pretty sure trying to scan an image would put me completely over the edge at this point.

I have to say this is a new smile for me, she is sporting an interesting little dimple in her chin, I didn't know she had.  She looks like such a big girl without her trademark BIG bow.

This past weekend, Hadley had the opportunity to go to her first Auburn game. It was touch and go initially. She attempted to fake an illness in an effort to stay home and play with her BellBell. (Her BellBell came up to watch Ellison for us.) Hadley only got to see her for a couple of hours before they left to go to the game. She had a great time though and the following day when I asked her what her favorite part was, she gave me a little attitude, cocked her head and said "when they won"!! Well duh, why would I even ask such a dumb question.

While Wayne and Hadley were at the game, I got to go with a group of ladies to The Cheesecake Factory.  I have never been.  Can I just say amazeballs???  It was so good.  I got the Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake.  It was delicious!!

After The Cheesecake Factory we went to see WICKED.  Can I say amazeballs again?  It was awesome.  A great show, with a great message, with a great group of ladies.

The below were snapped this morning on the way to take Ellison to school.  She is such a sweet little mommy to her babies.  She is so maternal.  There is a little boy in her class at school and he is a few months younger than the rest of the class and not walking yet, they tell me she mothers him all day.  I know that to get her out of the bed in the morning, I just have to say his name.  She loves her babies.

The below is also from this morning.  Ellison is wearing one of my most favorite outfits that Hadley handed down.  It is orange and yellow and hand painted.  It looked so cute with her red hair.

Thank you Mom for keeping Ellison Ann while we went out Saturday.  She is finally seeming to get over her junky nose, although she has a horrible cough.

Me So Cute

Wait, you think I'm cute.  Ellison had picture day at school Wednesday.  She had to have something sporty and sassy to suit her big personality.

Wayne is my official picture uploader.  He was elected by a majority vote of me, since he figured it out.  I see this being a life term position.

Fair Flying

Hadley performed with her Cheer Team at our local Fair earlier in the week.  We got to the Fair a few minutes early and got to walk around and ride a couple of rides.  It was a miracle we got out of the fair for under $20 bucks.  Totally completely awesome!!!!!!!

We got Hadley to pose next to the old Sheriff's car.  She didn't want to get anywhere near the car, girl is a little afraid of the PoPo.

Hadley picked the Ferris wheel as her ride.  She loves it, thankfully Wayne is okay with it, because Mama is not a fan.

I picked the carousel for Ellison.  Which initially proved to a be a BAD choice.  She didn't want any part of riding the horse.  Thankfully, that changed and she was okay with it.

Posing before her performance.  Before we left the house, I put a little blush on her and lip gloss.  She was so excited, but she quietly whispered and asked me if I had told her Daddy?  I guess she was worried he might be upset.

Waiting for Sister to go on.  Ellison sees her Daddy wave at someone, she has no idea who it is, but she decides she needs to greet them too.

This next sequence illustrate the entering of the terrible twos.  We are walking along.  The Red Head is holding my hand.....

She says something, I bend down to talk to her.  She tries to free herself from my grip.....

She isn't successful, so she hurls herself down on the ground in an attempt to flee....

She doesn't free herself from my Mommy grip and I begin to tote the limp noodle of a screaming kid to her seat.  Awesome, the TWO's are going to be Amazing!!!

I am ready to perform.

The flyer.  She is one of the smaller girls in the group, so she is the flyer.  By flyer, we mean chick that doesn't fly at all, but is in the position that the flyers are in for the Big Kids.

Catching up!!!!

It has been a little while since I last posted, WOW!!!  I thought I had this computer figured out, I was mistaken.  The program my pictures save to, won't let me rotate them, it sends them somewhere.  I have no patience and no aptitude to try and figure it out, so my posting could be even more scarce until Wayne does.

We have been pretty busy with school starting back, after school activities, Wayne's school and an active little Ellison.  Hadley called me in to the bathroom tonight, she said she had something to tell me, she and Ellison were taking a bath.  When I got there, she said Ellison had done 43 things wrong.  When I asked her what they were, she paused and began putting her list together, she was able to recite about 5, but with the way we are constantly after her, I feel like it is 43 things sometimes too!!!!

A few pictures to share from the last few days.  The first is a picture of Ellison week before last before Church.  She looks a little angelic in her white.  Emphasis on a little.

Hadley last week before picture day at school.  Spring pictures for First Grade.  It doesn't seem possible.  She is getting to be such a big girl.  She is starting to want her hair fixed without bows.  Where did my baby go?

Rocking the skinny jeans and boots from last year!!!  She may be getting to be a big girl, but man she is going to have my feet.  They just don't grow!!!!

With the cooler temps we have had to break out the long sleeves and jeans.  The Red Head wasn't sure what to think about the long sleeves, she kept touching them.

Friday the family all showed their spirit.  Ellison didn't know what to think when I put her on the table.  WAR EAGLE baby!!!

Tonight we went to the park for a run and a picnic.  It was Els first time eating PB&J.  Which she really didn't.  She was more fascinated with sticking her finger in the olives and then eating them off her finger.  I was pretty sure she was going to bite herself.

Little Ms. Independent likes to do everything herself.  She had to stand on her tippy toes to push the stroller.
