Derby Darlings

This little cutie loves a reason to party, so when we were invited to a Kentucky Derby Party, she was pretty beside herself.  Especially a party that involves swimming!!!!

These two right her are rays of sunshine.  I can so picture these two at the Derby one day.  Love these high society ladies.

Tennis for ALL

When Wayne took up Tennis a couple of years ago, it appeared to be another of his fleeting hobbies.  Alas, that is not the case and it appears to not only be sticking with him, but filtering to the kiddos as well.  In these pictures, Ellison hadn't taken it up yet, so she was kind of bored with it.  Red merely wanted her a piece of the shade.

Hads and her friend Shelby enjoying their Sunday afternoon tennis match.

What better way to celebrate a successful afternoon of tennis than, ice cream at the town store.

Hands of Time

I don't do this as much as I use to.  When Hads was a baby EVERY Sunday before Church I would take her picture.  This particular morning, I was struck by just how grown up my girls are getting.  Father Time doesn't know how to slow down, so we must just soak it all in, every last drop.

Hackers everywhere

Wayne discovered his phone was hacked....we are more than a little concerned.  Seemed the hacker fancies herself quite the little poser.

Beautiful Ballerina

My beautiful little ballerina.  I am just a little sad, she is choosing not to continue her ballet career :).  She is choosing to do gymnastics in the upcoming year.  I'm not sure she will enjoy it as much as dance, but we will let her follow her own joy, as long as she isn't sitting on the couch.  She was so excited leading up the recital.  For weeks she was reminding me she would get to wear red lipstick, blue eye shadow and blush, I just knew she was going to knock it out of the park.  Let me tell you she totally did in her own little way.  When she took the stage for her first number, she was just beaming at us.  The music began and she just kept smiling at us.  Some danced, some acted shy and mine smiled.  I don't think she realized she wasn't doing ANYTHING.  Wayne was getting frustrated and she didn't understand, finally it hit her and she began to dance her little heart out.  She was beautiful.
