Someone turned the big 39....that means the big 40 is fast approaching and we had to celebrate.  Cookie cake the night of his birthday, dinner and movie with no kiddos on the weekend.  These two girlies think everyone should party it up on your big day

Where oh where did she go?  I mean this thing is cute and all, but she use to be my baby.  The pose, the dimples, swoon.....I love.

 

Carpet Graffiti

The other night Ellison was practicing her Awana verses, coloring in her book which she wasn't suppose to be doing.  I took the book from her, left her sitting there and told her I would be back to get her.  I really thought we were past this point, so the thought never occurred to me.....

 

 

 

I'm still a little perplexed how the crayon wrote on the carpet, I can't imagine how hard she had to press.  What is bad is I didn't notice it initially and Els had already gone to bed, so when I questioned her she had her lie down pat.  Typical.

 

Silly Camera

We had family pictures the other night.  For some reason Wayne wanted to take our camera too.  I've tried to understand, but I don't really.  We have a few out of focus pictures of deer, a couple pictures of the scenery and a couple really blurry shots of the girls and I in one of our poses.  He didn't carry it along very long, before he finally gave up.

We had the pictures done at Berry College, which is beautiful.  This is one of the scenery shots.

During the silly portion, he did break out his camera phone to capture The Red Head.    She was hilarious!!!!
