Ortho visits are exciting

This girl has never really bean much of a napper, even when she was a baby.  Especially if we are out in the public, she doesn't sleep.  However, we have gotten to the point where school and our after school activities are running us so crazy, she has done this several times to me.  Clearly the enthusiasm of her consult the week before she got braces was just too much for her to handle.

 

 

It's cool to be DRUG FREE

It's cool to be drug free....during red ribbon week the school has a theme every day.  I think the schools are in cahoots to stimulate or local economy.  There is Pajama Day,  (my girls don't wear pajamas), there is camo day (my girls don't own camo), there is red day (not a color we own, because we don't support the DAWGS), there is crazy hair and crazy sock day (we had this one), then there is book character day, which basically is their opportunity to dress up for Halloween but they disguise it under book character day (guess what, we had to buy costumes.  It's a stinking conspiracy!!!!!

 

We be trippin

You just can't beat a Pre K field trip...do you hear it...the sarcasm in my text.  It's like herding cats, they are everywhere and they don't listen at all.  The Red Head was over the moon though..she couldn't wait for her field trip, her bus ride, to her it meant she was a big girl.

 

 

Ellison and her Emma Grace...5 years ago these babies were in the baby room together, they are just a few weeks apart.  Then at a year old they moved from daycare to preschool together and have been together up until the year before they started The Bud.  You wouldn't know they missed that year together, these girlies love each other bunches!!!

Feeling Beachy in the Fall

We got to go to the Beach for Fall break and I have to say October may be my new absolute favorite time to go to the beach.  The weather was perfection and it was not crowded at all.

 

 

Making new friends

These girlies love them some animals.  Nana Vicki got the honor or bottle raising a wee little donkey, whose Mama didn't want to feed her.  Of course the girls were smitten, she is pretty cute.
