Hup 2, 3, 4

Shaw has kicked off an new wellness incentive, where you get points for healthy activities.  The way to get the most points is to log your physical activity, so I got myself a jawbone.  The poor man's fit bit.  I'm kind of obsessed...not just with the steps, but with analyzing sleep patterns...it's fascinating.
