One Frappy, no shot please!!!!

Today Wayne and I took Hadley to the doctor for her 4 year old check up. It involved a shot and a finger prick. In preparing her this morning for the visit, I told her if she was a super good girl I would get her a frapachino from Starbucks. She thought for a second and she said, "I tell you what I'll take the frappy and no shot." Umm Hadley that option wasn't on the table. Then when we got there the nurse sent us for our finger prick first. We then came back to the room and the nurse was asking us questions, then asked if we had any concerns we would like to talk to the doctor about. Wayne and I both shake our head that we don't and then we hear, "Yeah, I don't like the shot in my finger." Ummm Hadley it is only you who is concerned with that.

We all know I'm not much of a cook, but I'm starting to explore that world with the help of this site, which I love!!! My mom is coming up with my aunt to house sit next week, so I wanted to make a couple of casseroles for them. I made a broccoli, chicken and cheese and then I made the below. I can't stand the smell of onions, but Wayne informed me that because the smell of this one was so good it wouldn't matter what it tasted like. I honestly thought he was going to inhale the entire contents of the pan and I was going to have to start from scratch.
